Hello, we are Trevor and Lexi and we work as a team in order to be extremely flexible to take care of your pooch! We are both Biologists and our true passion is loving and caring for animals! By caring for pets of neighbors, friends, and family we gained 6 years of experience handling dogs of all breeds and sizes. If you are like us, your furry friend is part of the family. As such they will receive the best care and attention that they deserve! Objective: Whether you need our services for dog walking, house sitting, or drop by visits we can meet your every need! We pride ourselves on our friendly and dependable pet care services. Feel at ease knowing that your four-legged family member is in good hands the next time you are away! We would be more than happy to meet with you before-hand so that you and your dog are comfortable with us. Nothing brings us more joy than seeing a happy animal. Having your dog at the peak of his mental and physical health and safety is our number one priority! We firmly believe that exercise, fun, and showering a pooch with love will keep him in the highest of spirits. We achieve this by taking your dog on walks, playing games, and spending quality time with him. Experience: We both obtained degrees in Biology and Wildlife Biology and our highest aspiration is to work with animals as our full-time job! With our education and extensive experience combined, we have a firm knowledge of dog behavior, handling large and small dogs of any energy level, catering to dogs with special needs, administering medications, and basic dog training. Several examples of small breeds in our care are Schnauzers, Chihuahuas, Maltese, and Terriers. Examples of large breeds under our care are Pit Bulls, Labradors, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and herding dogs. We strongly believe that it is essential that your pet care provider is knowledgeable in typical dog and breed behavior so that your dog can be handled properly and receive the best pet care possible. Lexi and Trevor were amazing at watching my dog for a week! They sent pictures frequently and assured me that he was doing just fine. Trevor was so kind as to help carry my old dog up three flights of stairs at times when his hips weren't having it. This put my mind at ease while I was away. I knew that my dog was in the very best hands. I will absolutely hire Lexi and Trevor for more work in the future!
We were extremely happy with Lexi. We traveled for about 4 weeks to Africa, so we were a bit worried about being so far away for such a long time. Lexi did a great job with keeping us updated throughout our holiday, and we felt that the two pups were well taken care of. Our big dog Levi developed an ear infection while we were out and Lexi made sure she did everything to treat it, and to ensure he was comfortable while he recovered. The dogs were regularly taken to the dog parks for a runaround, and we could see they were very happy during their stay. I'd highly recommend Lexi!
Lexi and her husband did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs. They were both extremely thorough in asking questions to ensure they had a good understanding of our dogs and their different habits and needs. We returned home to happy, healthy dogs that seemed as though they were content to stay with Lexi. We chose to try Lexi and rover.com because our dogs have experienced health/anxiety issues in the past when using traditional boarding kennels. We can't speak highly enough of Lexi and her husband and would gladly refer anyone to her and the website.

We like to take your pooch on walks around your neighborhood or take him to a nearby park! Our favorite park near to us is Mcallister Park. It is a beautiful park that has many winding trails that almost make you forget that you are in the city! Mcallister Park also has excellent dog parks for both small and large dogs. This is the perfect place for your pooch to freely frolic and play a good game of fetch!
