Pet care experience
Ever since 2005, I've always lived with animals. Furry friends have always been my passion as they love unconditionally and have so many positive effects. Bringing smiles everywhere they go. Animals make my life so fun and full of joy. I wish to transfer that energy to your pup while we have fun walking or house sitting! I’ve had experience not only as a nurse with critical care but with animals too. So if anything happens I do not panic, I go into drive mode and stabilize the situation. I have a “Doggy First Aid Kit” I bring with me to every sitting location. Communication is key, I frequently send images or videos of your furry loved ones to keep you updated while you are away to quell any worries. I have experience with puppies, adult and senior dogs. Also special needs animals. I also care for small animals.

Lexa, Thank you! For watching my babies (my two Aussies). Our initial meet with Lexa was great we felt very comfortable with her and her dog Daisy, who is a real sweetheart of a dog. One of my dogs has social anxieties with new people and other dogs at first and she just needs time to get to know you, Lexa and Daisy were very patient with her and things worked out. While I was gone she would send me daily updates and pictures of them playing and relaxing. When I got home the dogs were happy and the house was clean. I would recommend her and Daisy and use them in the future Bob

Lexa was absolutely wonderful! One of our cats is extremely shy and usually not seen by visitors. Lexa was not only able to make the cat feel comfortable and come out of hiding, she was able to pet him resulting in lots of purring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEXA!!! Anytime we plan on being away from home overnight, Lexa will be the first person we contact to care of our pets.
Lexa was incredible while we were gone with all of our fur babies. We were nervous to leave them behind but Lexa completely put us at ease with daily updates, pictures, and videos. Not only did she over deliver on taking care of our babies and our home, she went above and beyond and did hand drawn beautiful pictures of our pets for our two young girls to color upon our return which was beyond thoughtful. Highly recommend and hope we get to use her again for our next trip!

Small critters like hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and the like are also animals I know how to take care of.

I would like to know if your dog has any health conditions, ex. hip dysplasia. Or if they are on any medications. I'm a nurse-- not a vet, but I know a bit about living functions and what to look out for. If your dog is not good on a leash-- no worries. If a walk is needed we will get it done!
A typical day
I love to go down hiking trails or around a park with the pups, it gives them not only exercise they need but also socialization! If your dog loves to play fetch or tug of war I'm totally game for that. This is not just fun for me, it is also fun for your furry friend!
