Pet care experience
Looking for someone responsible and caring for your pet? Look no further. :-) I love animals and have extensive experience with both dogs and cats. In the past I boarded lots of dogs but now only available for pet/house-sitting. I have a flexible WFH marketing job so will be able to give your pet lots of company and attention! I also have a super sweet 3 year old child who would be with me (most of the time). He's curious, gentle and loves animals too (but a bit shy at first!). But it's therefore extra important for me to know how your pet is around kids, and why I prefer cats or smaller dogs at the moment. Of course I will make sure he's under supervision all the time and there's no need for your home to be child-proof: we have traveled extensively abroad to family and never had a problem. I am very caring and dedicated, and take your pet's needs and routine seriously. You just let me know what your rules and routine are with your pets, and I'll make sure to follow those. I know how important it is to be consistent with animals. :-) During the sit I will of course text you regular updates on how your pet is doing. Levina is our official go to for when we leave town because she always does such a great job. She takes the pups on long walks and they both seem to really like her (that’s saying a lot for my older grumpy dog). You should definitely book her today!

Levina was great with our dog. It had been raining that day, and when I got home I noticed that she had pulled out a dog towel, and dried our dog off before leaving. I really appreciated that, and I’m sure my dog did too.
Levina is so easy to work with & quick to reply when I ask to book. My most recent trip was last minute & she immediately replied with confirmation! She asks questions when she can’t find something & it shows that she takes her job seriously and makes me feel confident knowing she is taking care of my cats! Definitely recommend & will be re-booking for all of my future trips.

No breed preferences but a preference for dogs on the smaller side due to having my toddler with me. It'd be good to know how your pet is around kids and whether there's extra considerations there. I will always have my child under direct supervision, of course. Before we agree on house sitting, it'd be great to discuss their routine and needs - to understand if there is anything in particular I'd need to look out for, if they have any allergies, if you have specific feeding times, and how you reward good behavior or deal with any bad behavior. Also will be helpful to know about their night routine, typical sleep spot, and if they have any separation anxiety.
A typical day
Activities I love doing with dogs: Walks: love to walk around the neigborhood or going to an offleash dog park, or Green Lake, Discovery Park, etc. Yard play: playing fetch and tug. Mental stimulation: I enjoy giving food (meals) served in puzzle toys or a Kong to make them (mentally) work for it (if they are into that!). But I also enjoy playing fetch or rehearsing tricks.

Availability
I work from home with very flexible hours, so can adjust pretty easily to the pet's routine. I can provide regular potty breaks, and enjoy an active lifestyle with frequent walks.
