Awesome puppy sitter! We are so happy and lucky we found Letty to watch our 5 month old puppy while we were on a mini family vacation! This was our first time leaving our puppy with a stranger overnight so we were very nervous. We had looked at a facility, but really didn't feel comfortable leaving him there overnight and wanted more of a home atmosphere for him. The minute we met Letty at a meet and greet, I felt so comfortable that Bailey would be in good hands! I could tell this was a true passion of Letty's and she definitely was experienced and knew all the right questions to ask. She took pictures and videos and kept in constant contact with us to reassure us that Bailey was doing just great! She was even very flexible with us when our flight was delayed coming home. Highly recommend her and we will definitely be using her again!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Letty. From the moment we first met her on our meet and greet, she was kind, friendly and attentive to Theo’s needs. She brought him a treat and even walked him for a bit. During his stay, Letty administered his meds and kept him on a regular walking schedule. She sent me cute photos of Theo at play and at rest, and also sent me videos of him eating. Letty updated me every day day about Theo’s activities and mood. She even gave me advice on feeding as I am a new dog mom. This experience was my first time using Rover, and I’m so glad I made the right choice. I really love that she doesn’t “double dip” and keep more than one dog at a time. Theo loves attention, and having a sitter who can show him all of the love is important to me.
