So greatfull that Leticia took such amazing care of our dog for the day. It was nice to know our dog was in such good hands. We received photos and updates of our boy. He was happy and tired when we picked him up. Leticia is a true dog lover and would recommend her for anyone looking for a safe and happy place for their dog.

For the last year, Leticia V. has been proving pet care for my large 4yr old pit/lab female & she is the best at it! Leticia is an amazing person & she displays it with her pet care services time & time again. She is flexible & is gladly willing to step in on short notice to care for a dog. What’s more impressive, she recognizes the true needs of a dog & especially at an individual level, since those needs very from dog to dog. Most importantly, she responds to those needs with affection. She will never use physical punishment or force, of any kind. This makes Leticia trustworthy. Not only is this important to me when I leave my dog with her when I’m away but I can also trust her with my home/property & personal belongings. She has all my spare keys, codes, & access to any necessary information for her to be able to perform care for my dog at a high standard. Leticia is extremely patient with dogs. When my “extremely active” dog doesn’t behave as expected, she remains calm. She knows this is important because the dog won’t feel or react to the anxiety the situation may cause on her. I value Leticia’s experience in dog care because my dog is high maintenance & can be challenging in terms of care, yet she comes through every time! I have specific rules for my dog, for example I don’t allow for her to lie on the sofa or sleep in my bed, etc. Leticia is aware of all those specifics & I know & I trust she won’t undo my training or bend the rules for my dog. She is firm & consistent -- even when my dog gives her the “begging” dog-eyes look! Leticia is reliable. She won’t cause you to wonder if she’ll be late or wether she’ll show up at all. I can rely on every time, & this makes my life much easier so I can schedule my plans confidently. Most importantly, Leticia will always continue to show a “genuine love” for my dog. I’ve asked about pets she’s owned & cared for in the past. She’s always eager to tell me stories & experiences about them, like a true dog-lover would do. I’ve come to gauge her deep love for animals and her high level of excitement about the opportunity of caring for other dogs. This proves to me, Leticia’s keen interest & dedication in taking care of my dog & any others. In a relatively a short time Leticia developed a true connection, & more importantly, a bond with my dog. I am confident she will do the same with your furry-family member, like she did with mine!
