Pet care experience
I was raised in a family of dog lovers and soon became a dog lover myself, researching and learning how to best handle them in a way they can maintain a healthy and happy life. Took care of our own dogs and neighbors', took care of my boyfriend's senior dog and since I moved to Sweden 2 years ago, I have been helping friends with their dogs and dogsitting through Rover as well.

We felt very at ease leaving our dog with Letícia. It is obvious that her and her partner love dogs and Hamish looked very happy and relaxed on all the frequent update pictures that Letícia sent us. The communication was quick and reliable as well. We can only highly recommend her and will book our boy in with her in the future again :)
Our beloved dog had a blast with Leticia and her boyfriend. She was brought on adventures in the beautiful surroundings and given so much love and attention. Will be more times!

I don't have any pets right now, I live in a 2 room apartment near Bergsjön and I allow the dogs to walk freely inside. I keep a safe environment by not leaving doors or windows wide open, and I make sure that any dangerous objects are out of reach of the pets. During the stay I will keep in touch with you sending photos, videos and updates throughout the day. If I need to leave the house without your pet, I will make sure to walk them right before leaving and right after arriving, leave water, toys and treats to keep them busy or have my boyfriend (who is also a dog lover) keeping your pet company. I will also make sure to not leave them alone for longer than 3h (and this will only happen if absolutely needed).

Let me know if your dog needs to take medication, have allergies, or any other special need. I like to clean their paws when going inside the house, so please let me know if your dog is ok with that. I don't have a car, so if I need to take the dog somewhere I might use bus or tram, let me know if they are ok with that too. I want to make sure they have a pleasant experience and no stress while they are with me!
A typical day
I will take your dog for walks in the neighborhood and let them explore smells in their own pace. I will take them to the nearest park where they can be in contact with nature. I will play with them using their toys and make sure they exercise everyday at least twice to spend energy and avoid boredom or anxiety. I will let them sleep in the bedroom (it can be in their own bed or on my bed with me, let me know if you have a preference) and give them all the attention they need!

I just began a full time hybrid internship, so I can work from home a couple days during the week and my boyfriend can do the same some other days in a way the pets won't be left alone.
