They are safe. Pets needs communication skills I believe that is provided thru an ongoing process of teaching other commands other than basic, they need attention sobplay time . I try to work smart I know everyone has a way but I have seen things in my life time that as long as the pet trusts you the pet will please you by learning. I had a rescued lab since he was a baby and even though he was mischievous he learned when we introduced him to a program for veterans he wasn’t having it and the trainers said a good home was recommended. My supervisor took him and the whole family love him because of his ongoing training. I miss him but he has a bigger family.
