I have a year of professional experience walking dogs, and as a dog-owner, I know the love and care that they want and deserve. I know that caring for dogs requires patience and perseverance, which are traits that I pride myself in. A lot of companies and owners care for dogs with a militant-styled approach--saying "no," "bad dog," using force, etc. While it is good to keep dogs under control, it is best to teach them through rewards for good behavior.
