Hi Friends, Thanks for taking a look at my profile and reviews. I have a passion for natural gift for caring for living things. I can be as active or gentle as a particular pup (or cat) needs and have a soft spot for animals in the later stages of life. I will be in tune with your canine friend during your absence and patient as we get to know each other through visits. I have one cat at home and only allow canines that live together to be boarded together in my home. Your pup will have as much privacy as he or she needs for a safe and calm environment. My home visits are not a breeze in and out long enough for a potty break and to pour out kibble. I believe in lots of affection and ample couch-time (only if couch is okay!), an exploratory run around the neighborhood, or whatever investment your pet needs. My own pets have been my children throughout the years, and I intend to give your animals the same love and care mine have received. I look forward to meeting you and them. A NOTE ON SCHEDULING: I am employed full-time at Duke University. My availability changes each semester along with my students' academic schedules. Each semester I identify and plan pockets of Rover time to make home visits, check on my boarding friends, take walks, etc. When I am boarding in my home or house sitting, I can usually make special arrangements for day visits.
