Hello!! I have an extensive background with various breeds of dogs, being surrounded by them my whole life. I come from a huge dog family. My older sister is a vet and my mom current has a Maltese and full size poodle at home on long island. I'm a just a dog lover because I grew up with dogs my whole life. I am very experienced with dogs and would walk/play with them as much as needed. In addition, I am great with pets and can give them a lot of attention! I do not work on weekends so I would spend all day with the dog. I would love to meet your dog. I know how important it is to find the perfect place for your fur baby! You can expect your pup to get plenty of excercise, playtime, and belly rubs! Additionally, I take photo sharing very, very seriously-- you will get to see how much fun we are having throughout your pup's stay! Lastly, I always try to minimize my time away from home when I am caring for a pup. You can be confident that your pup will be under constant supervision! You will receive beautiful photos throughout the entire stay via text message or email. I will be kind and nurturing towards your pet. I am great with animals and they will truly have a luxury and resort experience. I have experience with administering medicine, separation anxiety and leash aggression. Your pets will have fun and they will be loved. It will be their vacation while you are away. It is a doorman building and there is a large grassy outdoor space. There are two dog parks in the neighborhood, and the Hudson pier is close by. The Hell's Kitchen neighborhood is also a great place to take walks because it is very pet-friendly. In case of illness or injury a vet is one block away, but I am also willing to travel to your own vet. The emergency 24/7 hospital for animals is a short cab ride away. There is a rate increase with stays that fall on holidays. I have dog bowls, toys and a small dog bed so there are less things you would need to bring if your dog was staying here. My job is to make sure they are safe, happy, well-fed, comfortable, exercised, photogenic and loved. You will find that I am very accommodating to your specific requests and I hope that you choose me to love and take care of your pets!

I'm a repeat fan of Leslie. Leslie cared for my lifetime campanion who crossed the rainbow a year ago and recently cared for my newly adopted pup. They are easy to communicate with, and have come through for me with my last minute hectic schedule. Always sending many picture updates. Highly recommend!
Leslie is great! He’s cared for our two older cats a few times. He’s dependable and communicates and even manages to find our very sky kitties hiding places. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time using Leslie for boarding and it was a last minute booking due to a death in the family. Leslie was so accommodating and flexible even when plans changed last minute and we had to change services from “dog sitting” to “do boarding.” He was a life saver and took great care of our dog.
