Hi There, My name is Leslie and I have over 30 years of experience raising dogs. I have been raising my yellow border collie ever since she was three months (she’s now five) and my beloved chihuahua puppy (three months), is the newest addition to our family. Yes, both animals are spoiled rotten. We have a reasonably sized backyard that’s fenced in so potty breaks are no problem and our dogs receive treats often; not just for good behavior. I treat animals like they’re human because I believe there is a universal element between the two. I believe animals do understand us better than we understand ourselves and that they make wonderful companions. Give me a try and I’ll definitely treat your pet like family!!!

We contacted Leslie for a full day of dog-sitting for our young, 10 lb dog while we ran errands. She was so kind and responsive and her two dogs Sadie and Elsa were sweet and well-behaved companions for the day. I had peace of mind knowing our dog was safe and in great hands!
Leslie is amazing! She sent pics of our dog, made sure both he and we were comfortable, and even made him a blanket! Her home was clean and well-kept. Her pets are friendly and obedient. Plenty of room in her backyard for the dogs to play. We have an older pet and she was great about making sure his medications were given at the right time and followed our instructions to the T. Would definitely recommend her!
I am so thankful for Leslie! I knew right away during the meet & greet that my fur baby was in a loving home and it was a bonus when she got along with Leslie’s 2 dogs too! …Leslie sent me multiple pics and updates everyday…And she was understanding & patient when I unfortunately picked up my fur baby late due to construction…She even crochet a blanket for her! I highly recommend Leslie!!

My dogs enjoy running around the big backyard especially with the neighbors dog. Elsa has her toys and Sadie takes in the sounds of nature (birds). We think your furry friends will love it here too!!!

If you have any special requests for your furry friend let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. An example of this is my Chihuahua needing a blanket because she stays cold or my Collie needing her allergy medicine, I accommodate as much as possible so everyone is comfortable. Your animals are treated with the upmost respect as they are our special guests!!! *Special note…Please make sure all dogs are spayed and/or neutered. Thank you!!!*
A typical day
Some fun activities that I like to do with my own dogs is we play throw and catch the ball. We play tug of war with rope toys and both animals chase each other in the backyard.
