There has never been a time in my life that I haven't owned a dog. My family loves dogs. I have had all kinds of breeds from Jack Russells, Huskies, Chow mixes, Springer Spaniel, and most recently Rhodesian Ridgebacks. I am very fortunate to be able to work from home and thought it would be a great experience to open my home to dogs needing a nice place to stay when their owners are away. Since I do work from home, I am very flexible and home all day with the exception of short errands from time to time and picking up/dropping off my 12 year twins girls to school. My girls adore animals and one is even interested in being a veterinarian one day, so rest assured any dog that stays here will get an abundance of love and attention. We do allow the dogs on the furniture and yes, even the bed. I also have crates available if a dog is trained and/or more comfortable in that environment. I did crate my dogs when they were puppies and at times as adults, but don't do so on a regular basis. We live in a very quite neighborhood and their are an abundance of walking trails that we use.
