Pet care experience
I've had dogs (and cats) since I was a little kid. I absolutely adore animals and I will give them all of the love. I am 26 years old. I have taken care of senior dogs, puppy dogs, diaper dogs, blind dogs, deaf dogs, seizure dogs, and aggressive dogs. I will take care of any breed of dog. I work part-time and am a full time student, but I would love to take care of dogs anytime I can. I will be home full-time Mondays and Wednesdays. I do have one 3 hour class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And I work on the weekends, but the longest your dog would be home alone is no more than 4 hours on the weekends. It would make me so happy to take care of your pup!

Leslie was wonderful. She was able to keep our very spoiled dog at the last minute. A storm hit with power interruptions and they camped out and snuggled. Leslie kept us up to date and sent photos daily. Our Molly was happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Leslie for your pets needs.

Leslie took incredible care of our two divas. She gladly took them in at the last minute when our previous arrangements for them while we went on vacation fell through. She followed all the instructions we left perfectly. She was understanding and compassionate toward my nervous pups (and their nervous mommy!) Leslie sent photos several times while we were away, communicated regularly, and checked in if something seemed off with one of the girls. I strongly recommend Leslie. She’s absolutely amazing, and she very obviously genuinely cares about the pets in her care.
Leslie and her partner go above and beyond when caring for our dog. They treat him as if he were their own. It really says something when our dog is upset, because he has to come home. He gets lots of attention, exercise and play time at there house. Thank you.

Shots up to date? Potty Trained? Play well with people? Play well with animals? Feeding schedule? Potty schedule? Any medications? Can they jump/climb a fence? Will they chew up furniture/shoes? Allowed on furniture? Can they climb stairs? I live on the second floor. I do not mind carry your pup up and down stairs, but if you're not comfortable with this or if your dog is greater than 50lbs- then I may not be the best choice. (*n*) Please Note- updated shots are needed, but everything else is more for my situational awareness.
A typical day
There is a small fenced-in park in my neighborhood that I take dogs to. I will take them for walks around the lake at Eastgate Park as well as the walking trail at Westgate Park. If your dog plays well with others, I'll take them to the dog park at Eastgate Park. I let them on the furniture and they can sleep in the bed. BUT OF COURSE- this is all at your discretion. If they aren't allowed on furniture then I won't allow it either so as not to confuse the pup.
