My name is Leslie Corbett and I am passionate about loving dogs! During my time as an enrichment and lodging specialist at a boarding facility in Greensboro North Carolina, I learned all about dog body language and saw first hand how the stress of being boarded in a facility effects dogs. With this knowledge, along with my knowledge of canine health and nutrition, I will strive to make every experience boarding with me as pawsitive as possible. During their stay, dogs will feel as if they are in a home away from home. They will be able to socialize with my own pup, my four year old greyhound, Bee, as well as engage in an array of fun activities catered to their interests. I utilize a combination of aromatherapy and intricate workout/stimulation exercises to ease stress and create a fun and enriching environment for dogs while they are away from home. Agility exercises, treat puzzles, play times, cuddle sessions, long walks in the park, basic obedience/trick training, and a report card with lots of cute photos are just a few of the fun activities I use to make sure your pup gets the most out of his or her stay! I am available most days of the week and nearly every weekend. I have a spare room that is solely dedicated to the comfort and fun of dogs entrusted into my care. I have brief experience with pet CPR and have been trained to medicate dogs and care for dogs with special needs. I have certificates in dog body language and communication and am currently pursuing my certification as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer- Knowledge Assessed.
