Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs all my life and I miss having them around all the time! I'm not ready to get a dog full-time yet because I'm in an apartment but for short time stays, it's great. However, I am not allowed to have dogs over 20 lbs. I've watched a friends two small dogs in my place for 3 weeks and it worked well. I would prefer to take your dogs for walk and have short visits so I can meet your puppy pals. I work full time so I am available before or after work. I can make lunch time visits if you're in the St. James area. I love going for long walks and I'm happy to take your dog along with me to nearby dog parks or just around the neighbourhood. I have a kitten, Gordie who is the first cat in my life. I have fallen in love with cats and I’d love to meet your Kitty too!

There are a lot of dog lovers out there; but, no one takes the time and devotion and love that Lesley has for our canine friends. I highly recommend her for a dog caregiver.

I would like to know how social they are with other dogs and what their favourite activities are. I would also like to know if they have any fears (thunder for example) and how they react. I would also like to know if they are spayed or neutered.
A typical day
I'd like to know what the dogs enjoy the most. I would walk around their neighbourhood but if they prefer to run around their backyard, I will do that as well. I don't think I would feel comfortable taking them off leash unless they are very familiar with me.
