Pet care experience
I have been around animals my whole life. I began petsitting for neighbors when I was in elementary school. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and hamsters. I have experience taking care of a senior cat and administering meds to both cats and dogs. I am a 8+ year volunteer as a wildlife caretaker which involves following very specific training instructions and handling (mostly birds, some mammals and reptiles). I have experience caring for: dogs, cats, birds, snakes, and have provided basic care for farm animals (horses, goats, chickens, other) on a few occasions. I am fully vaccinated including the booster.

Lesley is very friendly and my cat, Charlotte, warmed up to her right away. We were gone for roughly two weeks over the holidays and it made me feel so much better to know that she was there to keep her company. The daily photos were very much appreciated!
Lesley did a great job with our dog while we were out of town. Loved getting the photos and updates. Very reliable and asked lots of good questions ahead of time. Would highly recommend.

I'd love to know of any quirks your pet may have, such as likes and dislikes. E.g. avoid other dogs, pulls on walks, still training (and how), loves belly rubs, hates or loves being picked up, etc.
A typical day
We will walk around the neighborhood! We will walk at the pace your dog needs and your dog will enjoy many compliments, good behavior encouragement, and lots of pets (dog-willing). Cats will enjoy praise, pets (cat-willing), play-time, appropriate food, and lap time if that is what they are into. Any other kind of animal will get the attention and care they need!
