Pet care experience
All of my life we have had dogs, from my growing up and through raising my own three children. We have fond memories of all of the dogs we have been blessed with. I love all kinds of dogs and with over 30 years of experience, dogs know when they meet me, that they can trust me. My husband and I are empty nesters with two rescue dogs. Barkley and Rio. I also foster dogs for a local rescue. if you have a dog that needs lots of exercise, then I am the right fit for your dogs energy level. (and I will suggest 1 hour walks for VERY high activity dogs. Lesley took such great care of our little dogs! We received daily updates from her along with photos of the dogs when she took them for walks. We will definitely ask for Lesley the next time we go out of town.
Over the past 16 years I have known Lesley, I have witnessed a family which loves their dogs!! As well as being an example of responsible pet ownership, they care greatly for the needs of their animals. Makes for happy, healthy pets, and it shows!!
Lesley has an incredible heart for dogs, treating them like a member of the family. She's loving, engaging, and very responsible. She's even been known to cut her own vacations short because she misses her dog. I highly recommend her as a caregiver for your dog.
Barkley is one lucky doggy! He's been blessed with his human mom, Lesley who loves and adores him. Lesley's kids have grown up and moved out of the house so Barkley has become her kid. We watched him for a few weeks while she was in Iceland and she would check in with me every other day to see how Bark was doing. I've known her to come home early from vacation because she missed her Barkley. When we go hiking, Barkley always comes along for the adventure. It's really sweet how he's always checking to see where his mom is. You can definitely feel and see the love between Lesley and Barkley!❤️❤️

A typical day
We will discuss options on best places to walk your dog from just around your neighborhood to maybe a nearby trail for very active dogs. If there is a dog park near by, we will often go there.
