Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life. Beginning in early childhood, when my mother worked with the Humane Society. She often brought dogs home. I have been a volunteer with the Humane Society and currently a foster mom for Orange County Animal Services. I have experience with many kinds of dog behavior, including impulse aggression and fearful/anxious dogs. My own dog, Piper, also has experience with many kinds of dog behavior. She gets along with them all.

Omg ! Speechless with Lesa! She did great . I was a little nervous as a dog mom but she did fantastic when it came to my Opie. She even groomed him a little by taking his hair out. Thank you again Lesa! We will be booking you again ❤️
Lesa was so great with my Chief! We met up prior & our dogs were able to meet eachother and become comfortable with the space she had and I was relieved to know that my dog was in such caring hands. I will definitely be using her services again in the near future & I would highly recommend her to any of my friends with a dog.
Lesa is a very loving, attentive pet caregiver. They have volunteer experience dating back since at least 2003 with an animal hospital and have fostered as well as adopted many animals since. In fact, Lesa is currently fostering a dog while also caring for her 2 forever pets at home. Lesa has shown amazing skills when it comes to socializing once shy, timid dogs and has always gone above and beyond to make sure their fosters have had the best chance possible at finding forever homes. I would highly recommend using Lesa for your pet care needs.
She is a very loving and caring human! She’s fostered animals for years now, and knows how to read their body language and knows how to make them feel happy and safe.

Dogs will be leash walked every 2-4 hours. In addition, there is a small bark park in my apartment complex with agility equipment if your pet needs more than just a walk.

If your dog has any behavior issues, (chasing cats, doesn't like men/women/children, fearful, separation anxiety, etc.), feel free to discuss them during our meet and greet or before booking. I will work with you to make sure that they are handled in a way that is acceptable to both you and me.
A typical day
I enjoy introducing dogs to a variety of activities, Especially introducing them to the agility equipment in the apartment complex bark park. Some dogs really love it. Others are just confused about why they should care. Same with playing fetch and frisbee. Each dog's reaction is unique and sometimes surprising. When all our energy is spent, I am an expert cuddler. Some dogs prefer to go chill by themselves, though and that’s allowed too.

I work full time, so I only offer my services on weekends and holidays. That way, I can be there full time for your fur-baby.
