Hello! I'm Leritza & I would love to care for your dog while you’re away! I know how hard it is to leave your best friend at home, but I’m happy to provide your little buddy some company! I have experience caring for a variety of all sizes, ages and training backgrounds. I have professional experience training pet dogs and psychiatric service dogs, and am comfortable using multiple dog tools and equipment. I currently work as a trainer, and in the past - as a dog handler and walker. Whether your dog is leash reactive, high energy or a couch potato - I’m here to hang out and explore with them! I treat each dog with as much love, patience and laughter as I do my own. You’ll receive photo updates of your dog’s adventures while you’re away, and I’m happy to reinforce any training your dog is working on. *Please note: For safety reasons, I have a policy of not using any torn/damaged walking gear, or head halters/front clip harnesses that restrict a dog’s natural gait.
Reviews
We have Leritza scheduled for recurring walks each week. Our dog had his first walk with her on Tuesday and he enjoyed it! Leritza took lots of photos and provided a detailed report on how things went. She knows what she is doing and is very thorough to be sure she understands the pet’s needs and care instructions. She also made it a point to visit with him in advance to his first walk. We are very happy - our pup is too - and we look forward to many more walks with her!
Leritza did a great job with my cat and birds. My cat took right to her. I will definately hire her again.
Leritza is truly the best. The photos she sends in the Rover cards say it all. My dog has a HUGE smile on her face, and my cat comes out from hiding. She’s incredibly reliable and caring and I trust her completely!
At short notice, Leritza was very accommodating and took great care of our pup, including preliminary meet and greet. Many thanks!!!
