First time rover user and I could not have imagined a better experience! We were in Palm Springs for vacation and the temperatures were just too much for our pup to handle, so we reached out to Lera, who responded right away and made us feel very comfortable. When we met Lera for drop-off, Cleo practically ran into her arms :) He has a lot of anxiety, so I was still worried about his reaction once Lera walked away with him. Lo and behold, he did not glance back at us once ? I felt super relieved by the initial meeting and everything that followed was super reassuring as well. Lera frequently updated us with pictures and quickly replied to our messages. Even though Cleo was only supposed to stay for the day, Lera offered to keep him overnight to give us a longer break. I’m very protective of my pup and worry about him all the time, but I felt completely at ease with him being in Lera’s care. I wish we lived in the same place so Cleo could continue hanging out with Lera ? Thank you so much for taking the absolute best care of our baby!

Ginger was so excited to go with Lera, she didn’t even look back at me as they headed for a walk. We loved exploring Palm Springs knowing Ginger was cool and comfortable.
