Pampered Pooch- Safe, loving care
Pet care experience
I work from home so your dog will receive excellent 24 hour care, supervision with play, interaction throughout the day as well as tons of one–on–one hugs and love! My home has a double fenced yard where they can explore and run around. Inside there are lots of cozy places where they can curl up for a nap. I live across from a park for walks and playtime. You will get picture updates of your fur-baby so you don’t miss them so badly. If your dog prefers the comforts of their own home, not a problem, I can come to you. Friends call me to sit because they know I treat them like part of the family. Through fostering , I have completed canine citizenship classes and have clearance through the Dept. of Justice for secure home stays. My vet and ASPCA have educated me over the years on care and treating for the unexpected when I had my own dogs. Four paws up care , you have peace of mind knowing your best friend is well cared for while you are away. Happy dogs! Call me with any questions. Use my promo code if you are new for $20.00 off your stay with me or a new sitter if I'm not available- LEONOS14065. Note a stay is considered 24 hours, give or take an hour or two. I'm flexible. If you need the entire next day to evening, I do charge an extended fee for day care like all kennels in the area. I do limit the number of dogs I take in to ensure quality care and attention.
Reviews
As always Leonore provided wonderful care to our pup Ollie. We were so nervous (and sad) to be leaving him for three weeks but he’s become super familiar with Leonore, her family and Cookie and made himself right at home. We knew he was in the best possible hands and it made the separation so much easier to manage.
Heidi had a great time and became BFFs with Cookie. We will definitely be booking again the future.
Ollie has visited Leonore’s several times now and each time she helps put our minds at ease about leaving our fur baby for a few days. He’s sort of skittish with some separation anxiety but he truly loves and trusts Leonore and has happy times with Cookie. We will keep coming back whenever we need to go out of town without Ollie.
We were a little nervous, because our dog hadn’t been away from us overnight since we adopted her in May 2020. The meet-and-greet (when our dog immediately made herself at home) made me feel about 100 times better - and the actual stay was great. Leonore sent photos and updates 1-2x/day, and kept her happy with snuggles, treats, and walks for the week we were gone.

Information Leonore S. would like to know about your pet
Every dog is special and in order to provide the best care possible it's best if I know your pooches preferences and quirks. A meet and greet is important to make sure it is a good fit for your pet and myself. I ask about health needs, or anything specific that I should know. Do they play well with others? Are they more of a lone wolf? How do they do around strangers? I don't have a breed preference and aggressive breeds with good manners and kind intentions are fine.
A typical day
There are three parks near me with different terrain. The dog park allows them to be off leash and socialize with other dogs. While walking your dog, I pace myself to you dog but often try to pick up the pace a bit to get some cardio in, probably good for both of us. Playing catch and tossing around their toys to them always makes for a happy dog, even if I end up doing the fetching. If they aren't car nervous, I may take them for a ride to catch the wind in their face. I have owned three large breed dogs that are over the rainbow bridge now so I pour love and care on my client's pets. As a former foster, I have worked with bringing pets back to a healthy state and finding them forever homes.
