Right now I am looking for small dogs. I love and have experience with all breeds of dogs. and cats...other species are welcome also. But due to portable fenced yard being used I feel small dogs are best until fence completed. Bearded dragons...my daughter is known as the lizard lady at vets. She lives near me and we share the love of them. A the moment I have a.large very tall portble.fenced area until my. yard and adjoining lot is fenced. At I am looking for small animal clients. I would consider one step up weight size if very well behaved. Hard for me to turn any pet away I love them all ! . I want to know your baby's normal routine and most enjoyable activities. The personality and disposition ...your recommendations and boundaries which eill be followed to the letter. Same as each child's parents were during my 20 yrs of daycaring newborns - kindergarten.Guess you could say I suffer from empty nest syndrome and am looking so forward to having your furbaby to care for. I want to know what routine they are used to at home. Are they a real active dog that is entertained and played active with during the day? Or are they a dog that is very low key and is happy to be by.your side or on your lap. I want to know everything they can share with me about their want and want nots. When it comes to your furbabies. I will do my best to keep them on the same kind of desired care they are given when at home. I want to know if they truely are housebroke. It does not mean I will not watch your puppy if he is not completely there yet. It just means I can help owner with that while they are here with me. Puppies have accidents. Often coming to a new environment. Nobody is going to panic over it, but I sure can be of more help if I know. Want owners to be very upfront about their furbabies dispositions, likes and dislikes, fears and habits that they require to feel secure and safe. I have had all kinds of small dogs ...can't think of any breed we haven't had. I love each in their own individual way all are unique That is why I always ask who are they most wanting to be with at home? Dad, Mom or the kids. Do they like men? Or women? Are they good with kids or better to keep them away from them? Altho I do not have any children here once in awhile grandkids do stop by. If that happened I would kennel little dog either in outside fence or inside kennel so they felt safe and away from any children. At least until I see their reaction. Our children are all raised to know how to treat., act and show kindness to all animals. Just like to know all the things that scare them along with the things that make them give me tail wagging licking sign of approval. I try to follow as close to their home routine and habits as possible. I request a written information sheet on each doggie added to our family daycare . Prefer they furnish what they are fed at home so we do not have any upset digestive systems. Vet approved up to date immunizations, including kennel cough and rabies. Will be more than happy to devote my time to your precious furbaby. I do REQUIRE your furbaby to be FRESH & WELL GROOMED , CLEAN SMELLING COAT when they come. So we can add them to our indoor family with lots of cuddles and loves. I do not offer bathing at this time but brushing will be a pleasure. We have just about every style of brush and comb there is. If medication is reqiired that is no problem I worked as a medical assistant from pediatrics to surgeons. . Had enough experience medicating our animals at home also. I prefer treating the furbabies anyday. lol Yes, I am able to.give injections if needed. Also have a granddaughter that gives them everyday at her place of employment.. If I would run into a problem...right over my back fence is the MIL of a Tieton Drive Animal Clinic veterinary. You will often find him there or reachable. I have.no doubt he would help with any problem that would require attention. Although I do not foresee any problems...it is reassuring he is so close. Next to that house is a retired vet who is always home with his dogs. It is nice to know I have professionals if needed near me. Of course, transportation to your preference of vet/clinic is first priority. But I do not foresee anything but a pleasant time for your furbaby where they would be excited to return. Giving you the option to enjoy your time knowing they are extremely happy in our environment. Very anxious to build a great working relationship with you and your furbaby.
