Our Home is Your Dogs Staycation!

Pet care experience

Hello, I am Lena and I am a student going for Nursing. I absolutely love Dogs, I see them to be extremely loyal and loving creatures, and I try to spread the word daily. My companion and myself volunteer at the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control on a weekly basis, and we wish we could give every dog in their a loving home, because they deserve to be loved as well. I have always owned at least one dog throughout my life which have all been different breeds. I believe in respect and honesty throughout life choices, and I would expect the same from anyone around me. I know for sure that you best friend will be loved for and cared for as though they were one of our own children while in my care and that to me is priceless. Why I love dog sitting I have always been a dog owner, I cannot remember any time period where I didn't have a dog. I have had mainly bigger breeds through out my life like; Rottweilers, German Shepard, Pitties (owned all these breads at the same time as well). But I have also owned toy Chihuahuas, and Terriers as well. All of my animals through out my life have been my best friends, they do no wrong, when cared for properly and loved unconditionally they give the owner the same love in return. Meet my pets With in our beautiful home we have 1 cat, her name is Todd and she is 2yrs old. We also have 3 mollys, in our fish tank upstairs. My home is a 2 story townhouse in a gated community, and we do have a fenced yard with some shade over it as well. The yard area is about 20 x 40 sqft and has doggy door access at all times to go in or out of the house as they please. Along with the our complex has a large grassy area which I take the dogs out to about 5 times per day. About my yard I do live in a 2 story townhouse with a fenced large patio area. The outside area is about 20/40 sq Ft. It is shaded and has a small doggy door to get back into the house. They will get plenty of love and exercise throughout the day with the 5 or more times we will be walking and exploring the grassy areas within the complex. My experience administering medication As stated before I have always had animals, multiple at times, and I have had to give a few dogs, cats, even horses medications in the past as well as clean a wound a few times so I am completely comfortable to medication.

Lena is absolutely wonderful with my cats! She always sends me photos so I can see how Indiana is doing. Even my two girls who are VERY shy came out to say hello once or twice while she was here. Lena goes above and beyond just dropping in to see if they're alright. In fact, when we came home they had new toys that she brought! I can't recommend Lena enough--she's a fantastic cat sitter!

Lena was available last minute for a spontaneous trip my husband and I took to California. Not only did she take fantastic care of my cats with little instruction, but she went above and beyond my expectations.

Information Lena K. would like to know about your pet

My main questions would be if the dog had any allergies or special medications that I would need to give them with instructions of how much and when. I do go to the dog park a lot and/or the park in the neighborhood, so I would like to know if there is any behaviors I should be aware of for example; are they afraid easily with other animals/people, do they have any physical injuries which may hurt them for long walks, do they normally sleep in a crate at night (I do have a large crate at the home if so, but I won't crate them if they aren't crated at their house). I am good with all breeds.

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks I have a large grassy area in the townhouse complex which I go to frequently. Otherwise I do live in a neighborhood with a park and school close by. Then I love to take the dogs to the park on Central and Indian School to get some play time in there as well. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will be able to sleep where ever you are wanting them to, In my bed with me, on the couch, any of the dog beds I have, or in the large crate I own but barely ever use. Time I'll spend with your dog Other than Tuesday and Thursday mornings when I have class for a couple hours, your dog will have my undivided attention. I take the dogs out at least 5 times a day to stretch their legs, get some sniffs, walk through the neighborhood and play fetch.
