We've sat approximately 100 dogs with Rover and I have over 30 years of experience with dogs and other types of animals. I've volunteered at animal shelters and fostered different animals in the past (including pigs and raccoons). Additionally, I am capable of administering medication as needed. My husband is from Puerto Rico and has had dogs his entire life among other animals such as goats, horses, pigs and cows, to name a few. My family loves animals in general, but especially dogs. A house is not a home without a four-legged friend. I work from home full time and my husband is home 3-4 days a week on alternating days. We're very flexible with our schedule and can easily modify your booking to add/subtract days if needed. We're also flexible with drop off/pick up times. We're rarely out of our home for more than a few hours at a time, especially if we have furry visitors! Our number one priority is that your pet has a safe, comfortable and happy stay! We have a large, grassy, fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to run and play. The fence has chicken wire laid at the base so it is dig proof with a padlock on the outside prohibiting unwelcome entrance. There is a doggy door on our back door so your fur baby won't have to wait to go outside during awake hours. Miniature/Small dogs will be let out separately if there are other, larger dogs present. We have a laid back, senior beagle and a young, mini Goldendoodle. They are great at making all of the furry friends feel welcome and part of the pack! They are always excited to meet a new visitor and, shortly after, they treat them as if they're right at home.
