Leila watched our dog and cat while we were out of town. Unfortunately, the stay did not go as well as we would have hoped. During the first day of the stay, I received a text message from a neighbor that a cat was meowing outside his door and looked to be the same size/color as our cat. Our cat is a strictly indoor cat who often does try to get outside when the door is opened, which we communicated to Leila. After hearing from a neighbor that our cat may be outside, I attempted to contact Leila via the Rover app. I was not able to get in contact with her for over an hour, which resulted in contacting the Rover emergency hotline for assistance. Meanwhile, I had to coordinate with our neighbors to retrieve our cat to get him back indoors, which, thankfully, they were able to achieve. I eventually did speak with Leila about the situation. She did return to our house to check on our cat and assured us he was back, which was greatly appreciated. I was very disappointed to receive a video later that evening showing our dog playing outdoors with her dog, and our cat was also outdoors in the video. Even though he was being closely monitored, this was not a scenario I was comfortable with after spending over an hour coordinating the rescue of our indoor cat by our neighbors while on a vacation. Leila was receptive to this feedback, and I did not see any video/picture of our cat outdoors again.

Leila was wonderful with our dog and staying at our house. She was even able to bring her dog to keep our dog company and left the house perfectly clean. We highly recommend Leila!
