I've been working with all manner of animals since I was nine years old and I learn something new everyday! From volunteering at nature centers, mentoring with certified dog trainers, working at pet stores, veterinary clinics, and shelters, and having my own pets here at home, animals of all kinds are my one constant passion in life. I've taught classes for puppies and young dogs and just recently began working with local TNR programs to protect feral cats and the city of Wichita. I regularly pick up strays and return them to their homes, which is either proof of my big heart or my gullibility for cute animals, depending on who you ask! I've also worked with reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and, on a particularly memorable occasion, insects. That was an interesting job! Pet care is my full time job so with enough notice, I can meet any scheduled need! I can't wait to hear from you and find out if I'm a good fit for your family. We're all more comfortable in our own homes than someone else's, and that often goes for our pets, too! I'm happy to visit your home several times a day or to stay overnight, whichever you prefer. In my experience, those two situations make for happier pets and families, but I do have a home that is pet-friendly and am able to meet any requirements you find necessary for the care of your fur-kid.
