Pet care experience
As an experienced animal communicator, I tune into dogs and understand their needs. I know each dog is a fully conscious, ensouled being with a sense of personhood and purpose. I've had dogs all my life, and love spending time with them. I treat each dog in my care as a treasured friend. I will talk to your dog, cuddle with him or her, and be careful to check for ticks after walks. I use therapeutic grade essential oils and will use them to help your dog repel ticks and feel calm. I'll brush your dog if he or she enjoys being brushed, and of course adhere to your preferences regarding treats. I do not wear scent, as I know that dogs' noses are super sensitive.

Leiah is a marvelous pet sitter, She sat for my elderly dog, Oly, many times for two years before he passed. She took special care of him, because he was partially deaf and moved rather slowly. I have no breed preferences, but do not enjoy dogs who bark frequently. I would need to know of any and all fears, habitual patterns, health needs, and particular enjoyments.
A typical day
We'll walk around the familiar neighborhood, go to enclosed dog parks, and, if he owner thinks it's appropriate, perhaps go to the beach. If the dog enjoys being in the car, if it's not too warm outside, I'll take the dog with me on errands. I'll help the dog feel safe and secure by following familiar routines.
