Pet care experience
I'll be honest: my voice raises at least 3 octaves when I speak to pups... but how can you blame me!? I LOVE dogs! I'm the person who is invited to a party and spends too much time petting and playing with Scruffy. I grew up fostering dogs, and my husband and I currently have two of our own. Noodles is 6-year-old low-key pit mix, and Mama is 2 and one of the sweetest pups you'll meet. We also foster dogs through APA!, which has allowed us to open our home to types of dogs- from puppies to senior pups with daily medical needs. We love 'em all! We have a spacious backyard, with plenty of room for pup wrestlin', tug of war, playing ball, or snoozing on the deck in the sun. I'm also a runner- so if your dog loves it too and walks well on a leash, let's get our cardio in! Or, if your pup prefers to snooze, we've got very comfy couches, as well as 2 spare bedrooms where they can take a nap, enjoy a peanut butter stuffed Kong, or have some quiet time. I have no problem administering medication, caring for pups with special needs, or reinforcing training. Oh, and I know how tough it can be being away from your pup. That's why I'll send you daily high-def pictures or videos of their stay! Some additional notes: -We accept 2 dogs maximum per night. -We do have chickens who are inside of their coop and run when we board dogs. We do our best to cover up the area, but if you think this may make your pup anxious, this may not be the best match. -All pups will be fed in separate areas of the house. -We typically crate dogs while we are out of the house. Of course we give them treats and positive reinforcement to make it a happy experience for all. Once we trust a dog to be left alone outside of a crate, they will be in a spare bedroom when we leave with blankets and access to water. -I typically do not bring boarded pups to dog parks (unless requested) as I cannot control other dogs behavior, and want to avoid any incidents at all costs. But don't worry, your pup will have have plenty of space to run and play in our backyard and socialize with Noodles. -When Noodles meets a new dog for the first time, she will be very excited, her tail and hackles may point up, and her body language may be rigid. Please know this is TOTALLY normal for her (it's just how she rolls!) and don't be alarmed if you see it happen. :) I know my dog's body language very well, and always keep a very close eye on her interactions.

LeeAnn was a fabulous dog sitter, as always! I never worry about Mila when she’s with LeeAnn, so it’s a big burden lifted for me!.
Porty loves to stay with Leeann! He has so much fun with her, Giuliano, Noodles, and Mama that I'm not even sure he misses us while we're gone! 😂
I don't like having to leave him. But leaving him with Leeann makes it a little easier for me. She's always excited to see him, and he came back worn out and clean. Right on.
Leeann always takes such good care of Porty! He loves his time with her and her pack!
