Hi! My name is LeeAnn, and as you can see from the pics on my profile, I've had the opportunity to take care of some very wonderful cats and dogs! I also grew up with a darling, fun and loyal dachshund named "Pinkie", and have ever since had a special place in my heart for dogs and cats. I've had pets all my life. and to me, pets are one of the greatest gifts to our planet. They bring harmony, humor and love to us humans. We need that. Here’s what I can do for you and your cats and/or small dogs: House Sitting (M-F overnight, evenings and mornings. Sat/Sun all day and night, only gone for other appointments.) - I’ll spend the night in your home to make sure your pets and property are kept safe. - Your pet’s morning and evening routines (feeding, cleaning, play, etc.) are maintained. - They’ll get lots of love and attention while I’m there! - I’ll ensure your pet is healthy by keeping them clean, and addressing any hot spots or other possible health concerns as needed, and will make sure you’re aware of any issues. - Please just know that any daytime check-ins or walks needed outside my overnight hours might incur an extra charge, but I will gladly discuss that with you beforehand to avoid any surprises. Daytime Drop-In Visits (30 Mins) - I’ll make sure your pet is fed as needed, and that they have access to plenty of fresh water. - I’ll take your pet out for a short walk, or let them out into your fenced yard to make sure they “do their business”. - I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise and attention, indoors or out, whichever you prefer. - I’ll ensure your pet is healthy by keeping them clean, and addressing any hot spots or other possible health concerns as needed, and will make sure you’re aware of any issues. Daytime Walks (30 Mins) - I’ll walk your pet for as long as they are comfortable (up to half an hour), making sure they stay safe and healthy while walking in public. - I’ll refresh their water when we get back, and make sure they’re clean and happy. - I’ll ensure your pet is healthy by keeping them clean, and addressing any hot spots or other possible health concerns as needed, and will make sure you’re aware of any issues. A little bit more about me: My cat, Jeeter, who's picture is in the middle was a long time pal for me - 14 years. Diego and Zelda are the two pics on the left and are my newest feline friends! Mr. Cat is on the right, and has brought joy to my daughter and son-in-law for many years. What I love about cats is their varied personalities. They know who they are. Just love them, feed them, give them treats, find their favorite toy to bat around and you've got a friend for life. One of my favorite things about my childhood pet was how she always greeted me with a smile and a wagging tail. Dogs are great with that attitude of being present in the now, and giving all they have to the moment. It is so much fun to be engaged with that energy, and to give back to them through great care such as walking, brushing, petting, holding, making sure their water is fresh and they have great food to eat. And don't forget the doggie treats! They are the best!!
