Absolutely the worse Rover experience I have ever had. :( I won’t list all the details but let me sum it up. My 11 hour flight was delayed. I communicated this to Lee. I gave him updates as soon as i landed that I would pick up Malia as soon as I got through airport customs. He then called me and told me “I hope you tip well. :/ Who says that? I told him it wouldn’t be more than another 1.5 hours. I made it to him within the next hour. When I arrived I tried contacting Lee for an hour!!! I had to contact Rover support and they had to intervene. Another 2 hours later Lee called and informed me he had fallen asleep. I then drove back to pick up Malia. He delivered her but failed to give back her bed. I asked if he could go grab it and at that point he proceeded to try to tell me off about being upset about him falling asleep. At this point I’m just so disgusted, I just drove off. Thank goodness Rover did accommodate my bad experience. Last thing to mention, Malia was exhausted for days after. A clear sign of anxiety. I’m my sure why but she has never came back to me in that state. I hope no one else has to experience what I did with Lee.

Spencer had an amazing time with Lee! Lee was so amazing at keeping me informed of how Spencer was doing with daily photos and videos. Lee is also an incredible and kind soul - will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Spencer says thank you Uncle Lee!!
