My son's dog is a black lab that I've known and loved since a puppy. I call her my granddogger. I don't get to see her much anymore. I'm missing having a dog to interact with, yet I'm not sure I can afford to have my own dog. I'm still considering it. I go to the SPCA to visit with the dogs there. Having your dog to love and care for temporarily would be sweet. I work part-time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm usually available all the other days. My grandson is 2 and visits my home now and then for short stays. If he visited while your dog is with me, I would insure that the interaction between him and your dog would be happy.
