Pet care experience
What I love about dogs most is their individual personalities, their lovable demeanor and adorable ways. They are great companions and love unconditionally. They have a way of letting you know what they like, and filling each day with lots of warmth and love. I love that dog sitting gives me a chance to meet lots of new dog friends and be a part of the Seattle dog community! I currently have two dogs of my own, Katie, a Labrador/Mastiff, and Cooper, a Yorkie Terrier. Dogs have been a part of my family since I was a kid, so I have worked with various breeds and ages. Also, I previously owned an AKC-certified German Shepherd who succeeded in professional training. Communication, communication, communication is key! Whether via photos or text messages, keeping the owner informed is a top priority during your dog’s stay with me. I love to hike and go to for walks in the rain in downtown Seattle, and bringing the dogs would be a delight!

Lee did a great job with Max! She made sure to handle him the same way as I would if I were walking him. I would highly recommend her!
Lee was perfect with Sabrina! I am very particular with Sabrina's schedule, especially when it comes to when she's fed and let out to go to the bathroom. But Lee followed my wishes perfectly and I can tell Sabrina was happy!
In my absence Lee has helped me and taken remarkable care of my two dogs. I know this is a person I can count on and most importantly trust. She is where she is supposed to be and when she is supposed to be there. I am thankful for her and my dogs are thankful for her.

A meet and greet should take place, preferably in a place where you and your dog feel comfortable. I allow for them to approach me, having seen their owner greet me first. I generally get along with all types of dogs, so I have no breed restrictions. I would like to know about any issues that I need to be aware of to keep your dog safe and meet all their needs, like any special dietary needs or medical issues.
A typical day
My favorite activities are walking around Lake Washington or Jefferson Golf Park — dogs love this too! In the morning we’ll go for a bathroom break, then off for a walk and then to the park. After playing for 30 to 45 minutes, we’ll head back home for some free time. The afternoon is filled with playing, games, or perhaps a nap! We’ll walk again in the evening for 30 to 34 minutes, and then head back home to snuggle while watching a movie before heading to bed.
