Disappointed with the care provided. She claimed to be a veterinary technician but my pets were without water for almost a day (temperature outside was 99 degrees) and when I asked about it she denied it. She also contacted me while I was out of the country to ask basic questions ( i.e. how do you clean the guinea pigs cage?) despite doing 2 walk throughs and having written instructions. My home was treated like a hotel and left messy. I also came home to various dead plants. I would not recommend her.

I hired Leann to care for my 4 cats and rabbit while I left for vacation out of town. I knew her beforehand and knew she was a complete animal lover! She is very knowledgeable to care for all different types of animals given her experience and education as a tech. She followed instructions I had left for feeding pets, changing cages, litter etc and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my pets were fed, clean and loved while I was away. She is very trustworthy and I would highly recommend her to watch and care for anyone else's pets while they are away.
