Leana did a great job caring for my cats, while I was gone. I received pictures and updates of my fur babies with each visit. Not only did she give them some love, she went above and brought some online packages inside for me.

This was my first time using Rover and I chose Leanna, bc of her reviews. After this, I’ve learned reviews meant nothing. I am truly disappointed in her services and lack of professionalism and I’m hesitant to use Rover again. I highly suggest to avoid this sitter. She sat for us over about a 1.5 months ago and I’m still dealing with the aftermath. He who has always had solid waste, started having diarrhea since the boarding, and we’re still trying to get it resolved. Despite all that happened, I was still patient enough to hear her side, but she still hasn’t responded to my message to her: “Yesterday seconds after Paddington was dropped off (was supposed to be dropped off around 6pm, but did not come until 10:30p on a work night), he diarrhea in my house, distraught, and was starving. You mentioned he was bathed couple times, but he came back smelling awful, matted, and he looked like he lost a lot of weight. We were up until 1am bathing him and feeding him. Did he eat anything besides his food that could cause diarrhea? Was he fed 3x a day per the instructions? Was he even fed his dinner considering you guys were at a party from 3 to 10 and his dinner should be around 6p? I assumed he wasn’t walked the long hours you were away? The crate is super dirty with wads of hair and I don’t know what else is on there. It’s only a few days stay. I don’t get it. He’s been boarded many times before and has never came back in this condition. Like I said he has never ever pooped in anyone’s house or come back distraught. Some of the stuff in his bag isn’t his and he’s missing his puppy stuff animal. I don’t know Leana. I contemplated all day on whether I should write to you or not, but I feel that I should or at least get an answer to why his physical appearance and behavior is different in your care. I have a bad feeling that Paddington wasn’t a priority and taken care of as he should. I let it go that you didn’t follow through on your words regarding contacting us a day prior to pick up, tardiness at both pick up/drop off, u forgot that you were supposed to drop off, providing daily updates. We were nice and very accommodating when you messaged last minute about having dinner before picking up Paddington and we were super patient about drop off last night, but the condition of my dog when he was dropped off was the last straw! I have to be honest. I’m quite disappointed at the lack of professionalism of the service. If you were in my shoes, you would be too.“
