Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile. My first job growing up was dog sitting my neighbors pets. I learned how to give shots to diabetic cats and provided a caring touch to elderly dogs. The idea that I could spend quality time with animals and be compensated for this enjoyment incentivized me to continue working with animals. I began fostering dogs and cats while in college and that passion in finding a furever home continues to this day. I enjoy volunteering my time with animal organizations like the Humane Society whenever I have the time. Animals are very important part of my identity and taking care of your furry friend is of the utmost importance. I want to understand the behavior of animals and communicate with them in a positive way. Therefore, I plan to further study animal behavior and gain more medical knowledge in the following years. I currently am a canine handler at a doggy daycare. My experience has taught me that providing boundaries and facilitating their energy with a proper walk, run, or bike ride allows for better communication to your pet.
