I'm a registered nurse, but have always had a passion for taking care of animals too. I have grown up caring for my aunt's litters of puppies, my grandma's and friends' dogs. I've volunteered at the humane society and loved taking those pups for walks. My husband and I rescued two dogs from the humane society and love them beyond words. They are truly the best. They love other dogs and love to play in our fenced-in backyard. Training dogs is fun for me too. Positive reinforcement has really worked well for my dogs, but of course I would follow whatever you, as the owner, would want. With me, your dog will get individualized attention. We do have two cats, but they stay in the basement when company comes. We live very close to I-94, so you can get on your way to work easily after dropping your pup off! I hope I get to meet your furry love!! A word about pricing: Doggy Day Care 7 am to 6 pm - $25 After 6 pm - $35 Overnight Stay - $35 On last day if you pick your pup up before 9 am, no extra charge. If you need your pup to stay later than 9 am, it is $25 until 6 pm and $35 if after 6 pm (same as doggy day care prices). I will also put an album of your pup's stay on my Facebook page, FurNanny! Leah took very good care of Sage! She took Sage long walks and gave her a lot of attention. She updated photos and how Sage was doing every day. I definitely recommend her and would use her again.

Leah did an amazing job taking care of our dog while we were on vacation! It was wonderful to know that while we were gone, our furry baby was having so much fun. We have used kennels/doggy day cares in the past, but I always felt like our dog was a bit stressed to be there. Having him in someone's home where he was getting so much love and attention made me feel great! He also made some great friends with Leah's dogs. My only worry was that he might not want to come home! ?
Leah is an amazing caregiver with a huge heart for dogs and animals of all kinds. She truly loves them and treats them like royalty! Leah watched my dog when I was out of town and my puppy wasn't exaclty happy to see me when I came to pick him up! He had such a good time playing with Leah! Leah is a trustworthy, dedicated and professional caregiver. I would highly recommend her services!
