Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Leah and I have 5+ years of professional dog walking/house sitting experience as well as experience w/my own dog Kona. I work from home so your dog will rarely be alone. Kona will keep your dog entertained. I have a small fenced yard (fence is low so if your dog is an escape artist I’ll take him/her out on a leash). I'm a dog Mom to Kona - an energetic, young mixed lab rescue. I am familiar with the fundamentals of positive reinforcement training and know some tips for how to work with anxious/shy dogs from my experience with Kona. Kona LOVES all dogs and would love to become friends with your dog if they decide to stay for the day or overnight with us! They will have a blast together. I love walking dogs and seeing how happy they get in the outdoors. Let's schedule a meet and greet to see if we are a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! Note: Generally, I can’t do longer than 5 day stays.

A typical day
There are some great walks in my neighborhood. If we have more time I can take them on nearby trails. Walking fast or slow - whatever the dog needs! Playing fetch in the yard. Lots of play time with Kona - Kona likes to chase/be chased and wrestle...or your dog can sunbathe on the couch if they want to just relax.
