Big house - big love for dogs!
Pet care experience
We have a large house for our pets and look forward to letting your dog run around indoors and out. We love animals and have a few cats (they don't mind dogs who don't bite them!) and a fish tank that our cats enjoy watching. I've been a dog owner my entire life and have lived on a farm with upwards of six large dogs at once! I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone experienced and caring and will work to provide that for you. While I do not have a webcam, I love sending pictures and videos back to update you on how your pet is doing so you can have peace of mind on your trip! We will work around your needs to ensure your pet is taken care of the way you desire -- unlike big box stores or large kennels, we provide individualized care to make sure your pet feels "at home" even while you're away.

A typical day
We walk dogs around West Side Park when the weather is nice. When the weather isn't so great, we play ball or fetch inside the house -- it's big enough to get quite the workout running from one end of the house and back again! For high energy dogs like our border collie, we work on running up and down the stairs a few times (if the dog's hips and back are not injured) to help them work all that extra energy out. After running around, it's time to cuddle up on the couch, if you let your pet on the furniture, and watch a movie together! I'm also more than happy to work on any training you have going while you're away; I know how important it is to keep your dog on a schedule!
