I would not hire this person to care for your pets. Two nights ago I came back home from a 5 day vacation to a nightmare; a very distraught and thirsty pup. His water bowl was empty and completely dry; once I filled it up, he desperately drank water for a minute (I recorded him), there was dry pee smeared all over my apartment floor, even a bit on a piece of furniture and base boards; needless to say, my apartment stunk so bad. My bathroom was a mess and she left her dirty towels hung on the towel rack, (there’s a hamper right next to the shower), the shower curtain was off some hooks and the bed was not even stripped. Also, full trash cans were left for me to empty and take to the dumpster. The most concerning thing I came back to was the piece of metal attached to his collar that holds his name tag was “somehow” broke. I will never know exactly how this happened but I do know that force had to be used. Rover was extremely prompt to get their hands on the issue(s) and I got a very satisfactory resolution within 24 hrs. Would I use this service again? Absolutely! Would I ever use her again? Absolutely not! I do not want anybody else or another pup to go through the anguish we just went through. There are too many things wrong to qualify this as an “honest mistake” or a “slip” I have pictures and videos that support all the information stated above.

Leah has watched my dogs several times and they always have a great time while also being well cared for. I met Leah while puppy raising guide dogs, there Leah learned training skills as well as how to notice certain behavior cues that dogs can display when uncomfortable or stressed. Overall Leah has great dog handling skills and does an amazing job watching any dog!
