Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Leah. I've always had dogs and volunteered at my local humane society. I originally started dogsitting as a way to help my friends, but now I'm taking it to the next level with Rover.

Leah did a wonderful job taking care of my little guy Bean. She was very understanding of his separation anxiety, and helped him feel right at home! She is very responsive and professional, and I felt incredibly comfortable leaving bean with her. I loved getting pictures and updates from her, and I think bean had a blast. I highly recommend Leah.
Spock was very happy after his time with Leah, she seemed to really care about him and enjoy him! He was well taken care of.
We had a great experience with Leah and would certainly recommend her to family and friends alike. She was very accommodating from the beginning of the process. Agreed to meet with us on short notice was accommodating with timing, etc. She handled an issue with getting into our apartment like a champ and our anxious dog loved spending time with her and appeared relax/comfortable upon our return (which is a feat). Apartment was left in great shape. Thanks, Leah!

It's always good to know what their general temperament is like, particularly how they react to new people/strangers, their normal patterns and lifestyle (eating, bathroom, walking, etc), and any bad habits they might have.
A typical day
I'll give your furry friend walks around the neighborhood, lots of snuggles on the couch while we watch TV, constant attention, and lots of playtime with toys (if that’s what they’re into!).

I work from home full-time so it’s easy to schedule! In the past, my family has owned Malamute wolf dogs (Addie and Bear - these are the dogs in my baby photo!), an Australian Shepherd, a Chow/Golden Retriever mix, and a couple Golden Retrievers. I had a hand in training, hiking with, and loving all of these dogs - and I'm sure I'll love yours too!
