Pet care experience
I've taken care of pets since I was 8. My family had cats growing up, and many of my friends had dogs and cats that I would help them take care of when needed! I love animals so much and they're such a joy to be around. I've recently adopted a puppy and so I'm well aware of the work, constant attention, and stimulation they need in their youngest days and months. The first initial months with a puppy can be a challenge as you wait to get them up-to-speed on their vaccinations, and I'd be more than willing to watch, puppy sit, or play with them if you need a break! There isn't anything that we haven't experienced with our own pets and I'm able to do anything you need to make sure your pet is as comfortable as they are in their home (e.g., administer medicine, bathe, walk, play, provide supplements, ear drops, eye drops, etc). I can't wait to love your pet!

Rosie had a great stay with Leah, Mike, and Mako! Leah was very thoughtful and conscientious about getting to know Rosie and introducing the pups prior to the stay. She was attentive and checked in throughout, sending updates and making sure Rosie was comfortable and at home with them. Always hard to leave a pup, but I knew she was in great hands and having fun.
Leah was absolutely amazing yet again! Lily absolutely loves her and it’s a joy to see them together. Loving all the photo and video updates and love discussing puppies with her:)
Leah was amazing! She was so sweet and loving with my Lily, gave her lots of playtime and cuddles. It was my first time leaving my 12 week puppy with someone else, so I was nervous of course but Leah made me feel so comfortable and sent lots of photos and videos throughout the day so I felt at peace! Leah also has a 9 month old puppy so it was so helpful to chat with her about her experiences and discuss puppyhood, she had lots of tips for me. Would definitely recommend Leah, she is such a thoughtful and responsible dog sitter!
Leah was amazing during our house stay with Malibu! She sent tons of pictures and took him on many walks updating us throughout. She kept us feeling comfortable that Malibu was in great hands! The best person you will want looking after your place and dog child!

My partner and I live in an apartment complex that is gated. While we were going through the puppy stage with our very own pup, we would sit out there with her (sometimes on, sometimes off leash) so she could get socialized to things outside in a safe and controlled environment! I'm happy to do the same if you also have a puppy going through those early stages of socialization and vaccinations. We can crate your dog if you provide (although we may have an extra crate on hand soon). Our apartment is spacious with plenty of space for your pup to be comfortable and play when we aren't walking!

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog requires special attention. Every dog has a different personality and comfort level, and I'd like to make them feel at home! I understand different ages and breeds require different care so please inform me of any special needs or habits your dog has that I can take care of while I'm watching your baby :)

I love to provide dogs with a fun environment and time with me! We will play a bunch of games, check out the neighborhood, go on walks, and play nonstop with toys!

Availability
I work full-time with an extremely flexible schedule as I primarily work from home. I have plenty of time to play and walk with your pups! I'm available for house sitting, walks, drop-in visits on most weekdays (but after 3 pm on Tuesdays) and weekends. As long as you're comfortable with your pup socializing with our very loving and playful 7-month-old Shepherd mix puppy, I am also able to do boarding as well! I'm happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Let's set up a meet and greet, our Mako girl would love to meet you too! :)
