Pet care experience
I am a Registered Nurse currently enrolled in graduate school, and I love dogs of all kinds! I have had my border collie, Basil, for 4 years and love being active with her. I lived in VT for 9 years before moving back home to CT for school, and loved hiking and exploring the beautiful wilderness that VT had to offer all year long. I also enjoy paddle boarding, running, and mountain biking with Basil. I have been caring for dogs of all sized for 5 years ranging from chihuahuas to Great Danes. I would be happy to play, walk, or run with your dog with or without my dog present. I can also simply spend time with your dog and give cuddles and treats, whatever you feel your dog needs!

Leah has cared for my dog on many occassions. Not only does my dog love her, but she is reliable, patient and very kind. Given that I often have to work late, it is comforting to know my dog is in great hands!
I first began to use Leah as my dog walker/sitter about one year ago. Upon first meeting her, I knew she would be a great fit for my dog and I. Not only is she professional and timely, she is absolutely great with my dog and shows an obvious passion for animals! She has also been very flexible and accommodates my busy work schedule which often tops 80 hrs/week. I cannot stress enough that Leah is not only a great dog sitter/walker, but a great person!
Leah is an exceptional dog owner and walker. She knows how the surroundings a dog is placed into can dictate their behavior. She will place the dogs safety above everything else and can absolutely be trusted with anyones dog for a walk.
Leah is one of the first people I look to when I need help caring for my animals. I have known her for years. She is responsible, friendly, and a true animal lover. She works as a nurse caring for people and that same nurturing affect crosses over to animals, too. I never hesitate recommending her to others who need help walking or caring for their pets.
