I started dog sitting for three small-medium dogs when I moved in with a coworker who was gone quite a bit. Two of the three had special needs, one had intense anxiety and required medication and the other had a pinched vertebrae in her back from being kept in a cage at a puppy mill before she was rescued. She could barely feel her hind legs and needed a lot of attention. They were very sweet. I've also tended to a small Yorkie who required anti-seizure medication. I used to regularly care for a samoyed in New York City who needed a bit more attention on leash. I love animals and find I can understand and connect with them quite well. My boyfriend has two cats and they like me more than they like him.
