Pet care experience
I have taken care of and owned dogs my whole life. I communicate very well with animals. I have taken care of other people's dogs for several years now as well. I have had dogs with health issues so I am not afraid to take on a special needs family member. I am a part-time LPN as well. I only have to work 3 days a week doing that so that leaves the majority of the week for you and your loved one. I have a 7 month old cat named Figaro. He is very sweet and friendly. We live in a safe neighborhood, we'd love to meet you!

Leah has a dog lover's soul for sure!! We went on a mission trip to Haiti this year and she loved on every dog we came across. She wanted to rescue them all and bring them home! I know she loves her own rescue dog like she is her child. Caring for her pup through heartworm treatment shows she is certainly responsible with an animal. I would trust my 3 dogs in her care.
Leah is one of the most caring and loving mother's to her pup. She has done everything in her power to make it happy. (And her dog is almost always happy) She is one of the most responsible and caring people I know.

I have no trouble traveling to come to your home or pick up your fur-child. In my home my cat has his area of litter box/food and water and if the pets need to be separated there is enough space to do so.

I would need to know if they jump, have their nails trimmed, how they are with other dogs/cats, if there is any medication they need and how often, typical behavioral patterns they have, if they have fleas or ticks, etc. None of these would necessarily stop me from caring for your fur-child but it just lets me be more prepared to care for them properly.
A typical day
I’m a very active person so I personally enjoy taking dogs in long walks or to dog parks if allowed. I always took my dogs through the drive thru at Starbucks for a pup cup so that is also something very doable!
