Quiet & Cozy Home for Lazy Dogs!

Hi, I'm Leah! My partner and I both work from home and we would love to host your pup! Over the past 12 years, we have adopted four senior dogs, but sadly they have all passed on. We have experience providing care for dogs with various conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, blindness, deafness, and arthritis, and other special needs, and we are able to administer medications throughout the day.

Leah was great! She watched our dog for us for 2 nights while we visited Louisville. Anytime we come back we will definitely be scheduling with her. Our dog has pretty bad separation anxiety but I could tell he wasn’t stressed one bit when we picked him up. Leah also sent plenty of pics for us to see. I highly recommend leaving your pets with her.
Leah and her husband were the best choice we made! We wanted to make sure our dog stayed somewhere safe, calm and with good attention and they were incredible. Tila will miss their backyard so much haha Leah updated me with a lot of pictures during her stay and I loved that. Will definetely repeat with them:) Thank you so much again!
I’m so grateful to have found Leah and her partner Mike! Being new to town we didn’t know anyone to ask to watch our 10-year-old pup and he didn’t like staying at the boarding facility. He loved running around their awesome backyard and snoozing on their couch. He came home happy and tired. Much appreciated!

We accept only one client at a time, so your pup will have 100% of our attention. Our backyard is private and completely fenced and we will never leave your dog unattended outside. We have beds and blankets available for your pup to get cozy in, but feel free to bring their own.

We can schedule a meet-and-greet prior to the booking so your pup has a chance to explore our home/yard, and we can go over the details of their routine. Our quiet hours begin at 9pm, so any bookings requested after that time will be answered the following morning around 8am. Looking forward to meeting you and your dog!

A typical boarding stay with us includes playing in the backyard, going on walks around Schnitzelburg (weather-permitting), and lounging around on the couch or deck. I always send daily photos!

We work remotely, so your buddy will always have company and plenty of cuddles, outside play time, a lunchtime walk, or simply relaxing in the sunshine if the weather is nice. We are available all days of the week for your dog's vacation, including holidays!
