I rarely take my time to leave negative review but used rover before many times and this is by far the most disappointing experience. While I was grateful that they picked Marley up, I was disappointed with many other aspects during the stay. I had to txt Lea to get updates about Marley. At some point she sent me a picture of a different dog. Little things that as a dog owner we take into consideration while we are away, especially if our dog is older and requieres special attention. The most concerning thing was that when my boyfriend picked him up he noticed that the bag of food we sent was full. And I mean to the top. Marley was either not fed his own food even though I sent specific instructions because he's overweight or he just didn't eat for a whole week. All in all I'm just glad Marley is fine but I'll be sticking to my original sitter.

Lea and her boyfriend was amazing host to my Cooper. Pick-up and drop-off communication was extremely smooth. We received daily update of Cooper, without having to ask. It was great that Lea had a pup of her own so that Cooper always had a someone to play with. Great host!
