I have been walking dogs professionally and doing dog/cat drop-in visits for several years. I love dogs of all sizes, and have a soft spot for big dogs. I have walked many large breeds including German Shepherds, Newfoundlands, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees, Anatolian Shepherds, Pit Bulls and we get along so well! My own dog is a large, sweet and very social long-coated Akita. That being said, I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! They all have wonderful personalities, and I adore all my doggy clients. We go on really fun and interesting on-leash walks together, exploring the neighborhood. And I love cats, too! I have bonded with cats in different homes, and now the cats think they own me. I won't disagree with them. Along with pet care, I teach ESL (English as a Second Language) online part-time evenings and weekends, since teaching is also a passion of mine. Another interest is music, and I am studying the viola seriously. I play with a community orchestra and chamber music groups in this area.
