Pet care experience
I have an innate love of all animals. Growing up I have 4 cats, 2 dogs and 2 horses and from the age of 11 they were my responsibility. This taught me a great deal about care, love and compassion for all creatures and has continued throughout my life. As an adult, I now live with 3 recuse cats and a rescue dog in my home in the Yorkshire countryside. I love taking my dog on lovely long walks in the woods and exploring the hills together. I have a very calm approach to animal care and spend a lot of time snuggling with my animal friends.

Lauryn is a naturally compassionate and responsible individual who has a great way with animals. She has looked after my (sometimes difficult) dog on many occasions; she's brilliant at communication, giving updates and sending photos when out on walks or dog sitting for longer periods. She's always stocked with treats, toys and enthusiasm, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Lauryn as a dog walker or sitter.
Hi there. I’m Lauryn’s mum so I’m never going to say anything bad about her ! And why would I - she is the most wonderfully caring person and a devoted animal lover. I have a good-sized fenced yard and within less than a minute's walk I'm in the woods or in the hills. I have 3 cats in my home so I would need the dog to be somewhat cat friendly they do tend to stay out of the way of new dogs, however. I usually take Paskal for a walk in the morning and early evening. The animals all have free reign of the house and it's as much their house as it is mine.

Availability
I currently have a full-time job as an environmental researcher but it is home based and I don't have set hours so I'm flexible with my availability. There may be days where I have in person meetings and will be unavailable. I have my own transport so I am willing to travel to pick up pets with a small charge. I'm happy to leave my dog at home (he is a very relaxed pup and doesn't mind a few hours on his own at all) for some periods if your dog isn't comfortable with other dogs.
