Your furbaby will be treated like one of my own! Hi, I'm Laurie and I would love to meet your 4 legged family member! I have raised and cared for animals of all kinds, breeds, sizes, ages, etc from a very young age. My many years of animal care experience includes owning and caring for animals with special needs (blind and deaf), puppy litters, senior pets, pups with behavior challenges (leash aggression, food guarding, separation anxiety, etc), and medication administration (insulin for diabetes, oral, and topical OTC and prescriptions). Whether caring for my own or when caring for pets of family and friends, your pet will be looked after the way you want without missing a beat. References are available ensuring your fur baby is cared for by a responsible and trusted animal lover of all. I PREFER TO WATCH ONE PUP (OR ANIMALS W IN ONE HOUSEHOLD) AT A TIME. THIS ENSURES YOUR FURBABYS SAFETY, AS OTHER SITTERS WILL ACCEPT MULTIPLE BOOKINGS AT A TIME AND MAY NOT ALWAYS KNOW EVERY PUPS TEMPERMENT AND/OR TOLERANCE TO NEW ANIMALS OUTSIDE THE HOME. YOUR PET WILL HAVE MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION.

Laurie was great! I was very nervous about leaving my fur family, so I decided to do a trial run for a night with thoughts of having her watch them for longer next time. Everything was perfect and she was fantastic with the pets. Will definitely use her again! A+ Allison K.
Laurie was awesome with my 7 mo old puppy. She catered to all his needs and even gave me some advise on harnesses and collars. She definitely is a animal lover-it shows when she sees your pet! My puppy loved her and I would definitely hire her again to take care of my baby. She even made sure he felt safe during fireworks. Thank you Laurie for allowing me to have a stress free vacation because I knew Kobe was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Laurie!!!??

I live in a home with yards front and back (unfenced). You pet will be leashed at all times to ensure their safety is always top priority. My neighborhood is very dog friendly with a dog park only blocks from my home. I am happy to follow whatever instructions are needed to keep your baby happy and healthy whether home or away. I am trained in animal CPR, can provide a crated environment if preferred or *in training, and take pride in knowing your pet (and home if applicable) will be in great hands whether you need a one time pet care provider, long term doggy day care, boarding or any combination in between. AS MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY, IF BOARDING WITHIN MY HOME, I PREFER ONE PUP (OR PUPS WITHIN THE SAME HOME) AT A TIME TO ENSURE NO ISSUES W PET AGGRESSION HAVING MULTIPLE PETS UNFAMILIAR WITH ONE ANOTHER UNDER THE SAME ROOF. YOUR PET WILL HAVE MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION.

Let me know about your dog's routine, any special needs or medications required, and any behavioral challenges that should be discussed in advance. There is not much in terms of *bad behavior challenges a dog may possess that I have not been able to successfully manage, curb, or overcome.
A typical day
I'll replicate whatever your dog's energy and activity level requires. Plenty of toys, treats, naps, walks, or even a car ride if they're up for the adventure.

Availability
As a consultant, (and student for MBA), I am able to set my own hours and days of the week. This allows for me to schedule you and your furry friend into my daily routine whether its for walks, doggy day care, potty drop in visits, care in your home house sitting, or boarding in my home while you are away. I currently work with a local rescue volunteering and providing emergency foster care when needed.
