My wife and I and I lost our 15-year-old dog, Max, a few years ago, and we aren't ready emotionally to get another dog; therefore, we'd like to spread the love. I work days, Cody works from home, and we've been watching all of our friend's dogs for years now so we figure, why not continue to love animals but in a different way - as clients. Dogs are so important to us - I have one at my feet now. We are extremely experienced with many breeds from Husky escape artists to old guys needing extra care. We don't discriminate. We are very experienced with animal care, as Max had many health issues in his late years - we took him to therapy once a week for his legs, he had shoes that he wore so he wouldn't slip, and he used "Walking Wheels" in his last months to hold his hips up. He was the last of 3 labs we were fortunate enough to have in our family. We also love cats; although, we don't have any. We are happy to do check-in visits for your feline and give them lots of love and brushes. We know most of our neighbors in the area because of this business - we are grateful. It's been very rewarding and a lot of fun! If it shows me as unavailable, please still try as I may get a cancellation. We normally don't go over two well-behaved dogs, as we want to ensure the safety of your pet; however, we would take a 3rd if it's a well-behaved submissive fella :) - Laurie and I look forward to meeting your special family member. :) Dogs are my life so your dog becomes a part of our family when they are here; hence, morning walk, evening walk, cuddles, love, and maybe a hike, if you'd like! In our home, we have a fenced yard they can use anytime; however, we monitor them. My wife works from home so she'll sit outside with them and work while they are with her, or they are at her feet when she's on her calls from her home office.
